i don't like that name anymore. i dont think i liked that name to begin with.
THE FOLLOWING WAS WRITTEN ABOUIT THIS PIECE;
the canvas represents the female figure compartmentalised. it IS her. Her inadequacies identified... they are torn apart & stiched back together in an effort to erase the guilt, the vunrability, & the secrets.
im not even sure im happy with what the above stament says about my piece. im attcually very attached to the work. i dont think any words could describe what it is truely about.
one response i got from this painting; was that it made a male friend of mine feel dirrty in the way that some men treat women. he felt quite ashamed.
